At Condo Clothing Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policies below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Combat Uniforms (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gloves (if the packaging has been opened).

Return & Exchange Process

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Condo Clothing Shop.
